Plan for solution
Based on my research, I've created a list of steps to solve my sleep problem.
Every night I will:
1. Go to bed at 10:30, wake up at 7, in order to establish a sleep schedule
2.Drink no caffeine after 2 pm, I'll have to rely on myself to be time efficient so I won't have any reason to need energy from caffeine late at night
3. Set my bedroom temperature to 65 degrees to allow a cool sleeping environment
4.Close my blinds and remove any source of light (chargers, lamps, candles, etc.)
5. Turn off and place my phone and laptop out of reach
6. Set out my clothes for the next day, pack my lunch and backpack, prepare everything so the morning goes by smoothly and I can sleep without stressing about the following morninge
